Life is, at its core, about relationships and connection. To have healthy relationships, one needs to love themselves first and have an understanding of their own sexuality and the power it gives them.
Welcome to The GFR Podcast, a show aimed at helping you improve your relationship with yourself and others. Hosted by Brooke Heym, we will empower you to be your best self in all relationships in your life, sexual or not, starting with your relationship with you.
Like many of us, Brooke has been through relationship struggles, from trauma, self-doubt, shame, guilt, abuse, and more. Having sexual trauma in her youth, she took that trauma and shame into her relationships with others and herself. Wanting to stop the cycle of pain that she was living in, she immersed herself in trying to find the solution to improve her own thought processes surrounding love and sexuality. After years of not finding what she was searching for, she spent 20 years figuring out how to remove the shame and pain, creating a program and a process to be able to teach people not only how to move on from bad sexual programming, but also how to remove the it from their lives and from their sexual relationships. She has a created process to develop all our relationships to be a healthy and empowering part of our lives, instead of something shameful and traumatic!
